Challenges:

Modeling and completing the construction documentation set in accordance with the specifications and standards of a multinational chain.

Scope of Work:

Our scope involves modeling and creating the construction documentation set for various stores of a multinational chain located across the US. We will collaborate on three different store types:

1.01 – New Store – Landlord new construction 1.02 – New Store with Drive-Thru – Landlord new construction 1.03 – New Store – Existing Building.

Results:

Achieved excellent success in implementing BIM, demonstrating effectiveness in our processes.
