2026 STATE OF CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY SURVEY SWEEPSTAKES — OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, subject to the eligibility restrictions below. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Multivista Systems LLC, located at 129 S. Main Street, Suite 200, Grapevine TX 76051 (“Sponsor”). 

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 26, 2026 at 12p PST and ends on October 14, 2026 at 12p PST (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer or system clock is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes. 

3. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Hexagon AB, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and marketing/promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons residing in the same household (whether related or not) of such employees, officers, and directors, are not eligible to enter or win. Individuals employed by government entities, public agencies, state-owned enterprises, or companies who policies prohibit vendor gifts are not eligible to enter or win.  

4. How to Enter

Complete the applicable “2026 State of Construction Technology” research survey (the “Survey”) and, upon reaching the final screen of the Survey, separately elect to provide your name and email address for entry into this Sweepstakes. Alternatively, a person may enter the Sweepstakes by mailing an entry to Sponsor at 129 S. Main Street, Suite 200, Grapevine TX 76051. Mail-in entries must include the entrant’s full name, email address, and must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or delayed mail. Sweepstakes entry information will be collected and maintained separately from Survey responses and will be used only to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, and satisfy applicable legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. Survey responses will not be linked to Sweepstakes entry information or used to identify or attribute any Survey response to an entrant unless the entrant separately and affirmatively opts in to such identification or attribution. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. 

Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means, or that do not fully comply with these Official Rules, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures of any kind. 

5. Prize(s)

Number of prizes available: 1. The winner will receive one (1) Procore Groundbreak 2026 conference pass (“Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $1,595. Actual value may vary based on date of redemption. Prize does not include travel, lodging, meals, ground transportation, or any other expenses not specifically stated, all of which are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. The prize may not be accepted where entrant’s employer or applicable law prohibits acceptance. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, on or about October 14, 2026, by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

Potential winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry, within five (5) business days of the drawing. Potential winner may be required, as a condition of receiving a Prize, to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, tax forms, and a Publicity Release, where lawful, within the time period stated in the notification. Failure to timely return any required documents, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

7. General Conditions

• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. 

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law. 

• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or found to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. 

• Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize. The winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a completed IRS Form W-9, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 as required by law.  

• No Prize may be offered, awarded, accepted, or used in violation of any applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption, lobbying, gift, entertainment, procurement, conflict-of-interest, or ethics laws, regulations, employer policies, or professional rules. Winner will be subject to Denied Party Screening prior to prize disbursement. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or potential winner, or to withhold, substitute, or rescind a Prize, if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that awarding or accepting the Prize could violate any such laws, regulations, policies, or rules or could create an appearance of impropriety.  

8. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; (d) even cancellation; (e) winner’s inability to attend; or (f) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes. Procore is not a sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes.  

9. Use of Survey Information; Publication

Separate from the Sweepstakes entry described in Section 4, information and responses you provide in the underlying “2026 State of Construction Technology” research survey (the “Survey”) may be compiled, analyzed, and used by Hexagon Multivista in an industry research report to be published by Hexagon Multivista (the “Report”), and in related summaries, presentations, or marketing materials derived from the Report. 

Unless you separately and affirmatively opt in to being identified, Survey responses will be used only in aggregated or de-identified form (e.g., as statistics, trends, or anonymized figures) in the Report and will not be published in a way that identifies you individually. 

If the Survey includes a separate opt-in for direct quotation or attribution (e.g., use of your name, title, company, or verbatim comments), such use will occur only where you have affirmatively provided that consent through the Survey’s consent screen, and you may withdraw that consent by contacting [email protected]. 

10. Data Protection

Sponsor collects personal information you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes (e.g., name, email address, job title, and organization) and, separately, information you provide in the Survey, in each case as described in Section 4 and Section 9 above. This information is processed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://multivistaservices.hexagon.com/privacy/. 

• Purpose and legal basis: Sweepstakes entry information is used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, notify and fulfill prizes to winners, and comply with applicable tax and recordkeeping laws. Survey information is used for the research and publication purposes described in Section 9. Where required by applicable law, Sponsor relies on your consent (for Sweepstakes entry and any opt-in quotation/attribution) or on Sponsor’s legitimate interests in conducting industry research (for aggregated Survey use). 

• Data separation: Sweepstakes entry information is maintained separately from Survey response data and will not be used to identify or attribute your Survey answers unless you have separately opted in as described in Section 9. 

• Retention: Sponsor will retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in these Official Rules, including administration of the Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, tax and recordkeeping obligations, dispute resolution, compliance with law, and maintenance of research records. Aggregated or anonymized information that no longer identifies an individual may be retained for research, reporting, and business purposes. 

• Your rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent (including consent to be quoted or identified in the Report). Requests may be directed to [email protected]. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal and may not be possible for information already published in a finalized Report. 

11. Disputes; Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
